Land: China
Die internationale Mountain Bike Tour, die über 450 km durch Thailand, Laos und China führt, findet vom 25. Oktober bis zum 2. November 2008 statt. Los geht es in Chiang Saen, im Dreiländereck von Thailand, Laos und Myanmar. Von dort aus geht es über Chiang Rai und Chiang Khong weiter nach Laos, einmal quer durch den Nordwesten von Laos bis nach China, wo das Rennen in Chiang Roong endet. Von dort aus werden die Teilnehmer auf dem Mekong per Schiff zurück nach Chiang Rai gefahren. Für alle Mountainbike Fans, die gerne die atemberaubende Landschaft Südostasiens bestauenen möchten, ist die Tour entlang des Mekongs ein Muss.

12.00 hrs. - Enjoy lunch along the way and among the natural touch.
18.00 hrs. - Arrive to Muang Wiang Phuka (stay overnight at Ruan Phak Thong Me Xai) and enjoy your first dinner in Laos.
